Update from Steve Furby - Running for the School

Sunday marked the end of my training, I might do a couple of 5ks nearer the time however I must admit I can can hardly walk today, I've been nursing a sore hip for a couple of months now, it seems to have really flared up so I will be resting now until the event. 

 

I can't believe how generous everybody has been, I hope we can go on and beat the target by a good margin, its for such a good cause and will benefit all the children at Chipping Warden Academy. 

 

I'm ready for Manchester and I will be inspired on the day by all the support the school has recieved from our brilliant local community. 

 

My wife will be sharing my progress on the day on Facebook should anybody wish to follow.
