SEN Teaching Assistant required as soon as possible
Hours of work 27.50 per week- Term Time Only
(Salary Scale E/F point 5-7 £19312- £20092 pro rata depending on experience (£10.01 - £10.41 per hour)
We are looking to appoint an outstanding 1:1 behavioural support assistant to join our team. The new role will begin as soon as possible and is on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, highly motivated and demonstrate positive behaviours whilst building up a good relationships.
We are looking for outstanding candidates who have:
• Experience of supporting social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.
• A patient and calm nature
• The ability to work as part of a team, building relationships with children, staff and parents
• Strong classroom management
• Knowledge of working with pupils on the SEND register (Team-Teach training would be beneficial)
• A commitment to their own professional development
