Chipping Warden Village - Planting an Oak Tree

This morning, our Year 3, 4, 5 and 6 School Council members attended a wonderful celebration organised by a member of the local community. The children assisted with planting of an Oak Tree in celebration of King Charles III coronation at the weekend.

Eco Day

Today was 'ECO DAY'. Lots of discussion was had about our environment and what we can do to help and take care of our planet.

Some children went on a nature walk and explored lots of potential homes for our native species including a squirrel drey which was very exciting! Bird Feeders were made and the children were involved in lots of other fun activities.
