#ManchesterMarathon training raising funds for Chipping Warden Academy

Today marks the end of my long long runs, I can give my legs a bit of a breather before the main event on 10th October. Would have been nice if it was a little less sunny

Really not sure where the pace has come from was hoping to complete the marathon in 4.45 to 5hrs but on target for a 4.30 ish hr

Given today is a bit if a milestone it being 4 weeks to the main event and that I'm now winding down my training I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone that's donated to date, we are now at just shy of 89% of the target, which is so amazing. additionally I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the local companies that have kindly agreed to sponsor me.

Thanks to Banbury Heating Supplies, Chipper Carpentry, Hawkins Group and Cherwell Electrical Supplies, these generous local companies are going to be topping up what ever we raise with an additional £462.
