Religious Education and World Views at Chipping Warden Primary Academy

We believe that the teaching of R.E. will create well rounded individuals who are understanding and tolerant of all beliefs and cultures, including those with a faith and those without. Children will learn about different beliefs and cultures through well planned and well taught lessons that explore different faiths and ask questions. Children’s spiritual, moral and cultural understanding will be developed by exploring how different faiths and cultures may react to different situations. Children will reflect on their learning and explore their own beliefs and values.

For the teaching of Religious Education we follow the Agreed Syllabus for Northamptonshire.
